Anna's Story
Anna is the owner of Anna Whites Law Office, concentrating her practice on health law, representing clinics, rural hospitals and providers in actions involving payors, government entities, reimbursement, telehealth and compliance.
The office also focuses on election law, including compliance training, and defense or prosecution of candidate disqualification legal actions. She has represented judges, statewide candidates, members of the general assembly, and local candidates across the Commonwealth.
Anna is general counsel for the Kentucky Democratic Auxiliary, focusing on training county officials in how to recruit and train local and regional candidates, as well as several candidate training and support PACS.
She is Chair of the American Health Law Association's Behavioral Health Practice Group, and works with the Kentucky Rural Telehealth Committee, the state Autism Advisory Committee, and various state and federal election law committees.
Anna is a passionate politics nerd and the proud mom of Amanda, a professional dancer who owns Kentucky Dance Academy in Frankfort, and Lawson, a Mandarin Chinese Translator and grandmother to Zelda Ann, hopefully one day a partner in the future A W and Associates Law.
